Powder coating

Our company, besides producing cages for small animals, also deals with the painting of the same and therefore uses its third party painting for any kind of ferrous material.

PROCESSING:

  The workmanship of our product takes place in      six stages, including 3 washing:

 

• Phosphodegreasing: in which is provided by appropriate nozzles to an acidic pH solution

• I° The rinsing with mains water

• II ° rinsing with demineralized water

• Drying in a warm room to 150 ° C

• Painting in the cabin: Manual  

• powder baking in the oven kept at a constant temperature of 180-190 ° C
